Approved after an appeal - 5 months and counting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
