Approved after an appeal

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
