Approved after an appeal - 10 months and counting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It covered the rent I was behind on. Keep going if you are waiting.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
