Accepted an offer after 9 months (Raleigh)

After 9 months I accepted a job as a line cook. I worked as a line cook before this. I am relieved and a bit nervous. Any advice for starting over?

That is wonderful news. Keep applying for a little while if you have not signed, it is a good habit.
