Accepted an offer after 9 months - any advice?

They called on Friday with an offer and I said yes right away. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
