Accepted an offer after 8 months (update)

They called on Friday with an offer and I said yes right away. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. I am relieved and a bit nervous. How do you handle the first week?

That is wonderful news. Keep applying for a little while if you have not signed, it is a good habit.
