Accepted an offer after 8 months - first time posting

After 8 months I accepted a job as an electrician's helper. It has been a long 15 weeks. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. How do you handle the first week?

Well earned. Ask questions early, even small ones. People liked it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
