Accepted an offer after 7 months (update)

After 7 months I accepted a job as a marketing coordinator. I am relieved and a bit nervous. How do you handle the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
