Accepted an offer after 7 months - first time posting

After 7 months I accepted a job as a call-centre agent. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
