Accepted an offer after 7 months

I start on Monday after a long search. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am relieved and a bit nervous. How do you handle the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
