Accepted an offer after 6 months - what worked for you?

After 6 months I accepted a job as a medical assistant. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind.

Well earned. Ask questions early, even small ones. People liked it.
