Accepted an offer after 6 months (St. Louis)

After 6 months I accepted a job as a nurse's aide. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. Any advice for starting over?

That is wonderful news. Keep applying for a little while if you have not signed, it is a good habit.
