Accepted an offer after 6 months - first time posting

They called on Wednesday with an offer and I said yes right away. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. What helped you in the first month?

That is wonderful news. Keep applying for a little while if you have not signed, it is a good habit.
