Accepted an offer after 5 months - what worked for you?

They called on Thursday with an offer and I said yes right away. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am relieved and a bit nervous. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
