Accepted an offer after 5 months (update)

I start on Monday after a long search. Any experience at all would help. I could not have done it without this community. How do you handle the first week?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
