Accepted an offer after 5 months - any advice?

After 5 months I accepted a job as an administrative assistant. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am relieved and a bit nervous. What helped you in the first month?

Well earned. Ask questions early, even small ones. People liked it.
