Accepted an offer after 4 months (update)

After 4 months I accepted a job as a nurse's aide. It has been a long 23 weeks. I am relieved and a bit nervous. How do you handle the first week?

Well earned. Ask questions early, even small ones. People liked it.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
