Accepted an offer after 4 months - 4 months and counting

They called on Tuesday with an offer and I said yes right away. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am relieved and a bit nervous. How do you handle the first week?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
