Accepted an offer after 3 months - any advice?

After 3 months I accepted a job as a janitorial supervisor. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
