Accepted an offer after 3 months after 13 years as a teaching assistant

I start on Monday after a long search. It has been a long 6 weeks. I am relieved and a bit nervous. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
