Accepted an offer after 3 months after 12 years as a logistics coordinator

They called on Wednesday with an offer and I said yes right away. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. Any advice for starting over?
