Accepted an offer after 14 months (update)

They called on Tuesday with an offer and I said yes right away. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I am relieved and a bit nervous. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
