Accepted an offer after 14 months - first time posting

I start on Monday after a long search. I worked as a marketing coordinator before this. I could not have done it without this community. What helped you in the first month?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
