Accepted an offer after 14 months - any advice?

I start on Monday after a long search. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
