Accepted an offer after 14 months - 14 months and counting

They called on Wednesday with an offer and I said yes right away. Thank you in advance. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. How do you handle the first week?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
