Accepted an offer after 13 months (Honolulu)

After 13 months I accepted a job as a nurse's aide. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. I could not have done it without this community. How do you handle the first week?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
