Accepted an offer after 13 months after 10 years as an administrative assistant

I start on Monday after a long search. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I could not have done it without this community.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
