Accepted an offer after 12 months - 12 weeks in

After 12 months I accepted a job as a nurse's aide. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am relieved and a bit nervous. What helped you in the first month?

Well earned. Ask questions early, even small ones. People liked it.
