Accepted an offer after 11 months (update)

They called on Thursday with an offer and I said yes right away. I am relieved and a bit nervous. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
