Accepted an offer after 11 months - first time posting

They called on Tuesday with an offer and I said yes right away. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
