Accepted an offer after 11 months - any advice?

I start on Monday after a long search. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
