Accepted an offer after 11 months - 11 months and counting

After 11 months I accepted a job as a call-centre agent. It has been a long 5 weeks. I am relieved and a bit nervous.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
