Accepted an offer after 10 months - any advice?

They called on Tuesday with an offer and I said yes right away. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am relieved and a bit nervous. What helped you in the first month?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
