Accepted an offer after 10 months after 13 years as a warehouse supervisor

I start on Monday after a long search. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
