Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields?, school bus driver here

Three companies in Columbus cut staff in the same month. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Who has switched fields?

A short certificate helped me more than a new degree would have. Check what local colleges offer.

Talk to people in the field you are considering. Two coffee chats changed my mind about one option.
