Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields? (Fresno)

Aditi Okafor · 2026-09-20T08:13:11.810Z

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have transferable skills but no direct experience elsewhere. How did you choose?
