Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields? after 6 years as a logistics coordinator

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more.

A short certificate helped me more than a new degree would have. Check what local colleges offer.
