Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields? after 18 years as a marketing coordinator

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a marketing coordinator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have transferable skills but no direct experience elsewhere. Which areas are hiring?
