Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields? after 14 years as an accountant

Elif Voss · 2026-08-05T05:54:43.758Z

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. I worked as an accountant before this. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. How did you choose?
