Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields? after 14 years as a forklift operator

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a forklift operator. I worked as a forklift operator before this. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Which areas are hiring?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
