Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields? after 13 years as a delivery driver

Three companies in Madison cut staff in the same month. I worked as a delivery driver before this. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
