Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields? - 4 weeks in

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a bank teller. Thank you in advance. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Who has switched fields?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
