Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields? - 3 weeks in

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a project coordinator. It has been a long 3 weeks. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
