Whole sector shrinking, should I change fields? - 23 weeks in

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
