When does my employer coverage actually end? - what worked for you?

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a delivery driver. Any experience at all would help. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. How did you confirm your end date?

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
