When does my employer coverage actually end? (update)

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a nurse's aide. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have an appointment next week. Did coverage match what HR said?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
