When does my employer coverage actually end? (update)

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
