When does my employer coverage actually end?, retail manager here

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I worked as a retail manager before this. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. What should I do about appointments?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
