When does my employer coverage actually end?, production planner here

I was told my coverage ends on my last day, but the letter says the end of the month. Any experience at all would help. I have an appointment next week. What should I do about appointments?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
