When does my employer coverage actually end? - first time posting

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
